Please include your images, up to 5 image angles of your castle build can be accepted and we will attempt to make the virtual space be as consistent as possible! Please include different angles and close ups as you prefer before submitting to make this as fun and creative as possible!

Create A Castle BuildMaster Giveaway Terms and Conditions(Required)

Eligibility: The Create A Castle BuildMaster Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of Create A Castle and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry: To enter the Giveaway, participants must submit their final customer images for conversion into a virtual space using AI/AR software, along with a specified location or setting they wish their castle to be placed in. Submission of entries constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Rights: By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Create A Castle the right to use their provided images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to showcasing the converted virtual images on social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Email Usage: Participants agree to provide their email address for entry into the

Giveaway. Create A Castle reserves the right to include provided emails in their internal email list for updates, promotions, and newsletters. However, participant emails will never be sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

Virtual Image Creation: Create A Castle commits to creating the virtual images of the participant's castle within one business day of entry into the Giveaway, provided that all necessary information and images are accurately provided.
Liability: Create A Castle shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any inability to create virtual images due to insufficient or inaccurate information provided by participants.

Privacy: Create A Castle respects the privacy of its participants and will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Modification and Termination: Create A Castle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and decisions made by Create A Castle, which are final and binding.
